Unlock the P.R.L. 412
Is it possible to unlock the prl 412 using any special costume ? It'll also unlock the professional achievement ?

I don't exactly understand what you mean by that, but by beating the game on professional you can unlock the PRL

YESSSSS.. use the mafia outfit and ARMORED ASHLEY(special costume 2) to beat professional. So you beat separate ways to get the special 2 costume then play professional mode with armored ashley and it makes it much easier and fun. and it does unlock the prl 412 laser cannon as well as the achievement.
