What are the mutated gut head ganados called?

You know how sometimes when you kill a ganado, it mutates into a guts-headed monster thing with a blade coming from it's head? What are those called?

P.S. There are two more variations to this thing, one rips your head off and the other does the same but once the ganado is killed it comes off of it's head and crawls around. What are these called?

That's a Plaga. It's a parasite living inside the ganados.

How about the other 2 types?

The one with blades is called Plaga A
The one that eats your head is called Plaga B
The one that crawls around is Plaga C

But Las Plagas is in RE5 as well, what are the different types there?

Plagas in RE5 are "Plaga Type 2" and "Plaga Type 3". Tricell created them by modifying the original Plaga found in RE4.

What about the Flying Bat Plagas and the Spider Plagas, they're still Las Plagas aren't there?

Spider Plagas..? I guess you're talking about Bui Kichwa? I believe it's implied they're a variant of RE4's Plaga C. I could be wrong tho.
