Upgrade standard handgun or use Punisher?

Well i know black tail is one of best but are very instavel gun and is very hard aim, but punisher have better aim and is very good on headshot and pierce arnor and the handgun i think isnt bad but is like shoot and kick zombies is more critical shots... so is good critical vs pierce!! Can any VET give opinions? I know its personal and depend how the gamer play still wish listen some opinions..Thanks for any help

Punisher: weak power, the piercing doesn't really worth it. You want to always use shotgun for crowd control rather than handgun. But I think the gun really shines in wagon level.

Basic handgun: unstable, critical shot is fun, although it doesn't come up often. Most of the time you will be surrounded by enemies, so sometimes you'll get difficulty to keep targeting their head when they are all pressing around you.

If you intend to play for fun, I vote basic handgun.

Ignore Red9, this weapon is for noobs. Just wait for Blacktail, best handgun in the game, fastest, strong, and best DPS. So save money for this weapon, dont buy any other, and dont upgrade any other.

thank you so much all of you for nice tips...Red9 is weird i never adapt to, black tail remenber chris on resident evil 6 xD that ♥♥♥♥ cannon xD...Now about the 1st rifle or sniper u have, i really good full? Later i have semi auto, i long time i dont play this so sorry borring with my questions

Silver Ghost is the best handgun, period. I love that handgun to death, I don't use any other handgun. And I agree, the Red9 is for noobs. The Blacktail is fun though of course. The Punisher is crap really apart from the piercing which rarely comes in handy. Since you can easily knife the legs of the shield enemies and kick them.

I like the first rifle more. Even though I don't use any other weapons but the Silver Ghost handgun. No upgrades either, how I like it... more realistic.

Correct, Silver Ghost is the real name of the starter handgun.

i didnt figured that, just use logic because all handguns are black, only magnum class are silver to xD...The name is name is badass Silver Ghost...one guns i wish if i know modding is the magnum or handguns from anime Hellsing so badass

Look at the handgun again? There is silver on it, and it even says "Silver Ghost" on the handgun.

One benefit of maxed bolt rifle is it's just like a long range magnum/killer7, so you can skip the magnum with this.

Basically you're good with any weapons, RE4 is easy game. Just pick whatever fits your play style. You could test the weapon for some levels then reload if you're not satisfied.

It's a Silver Ghost but it doesn't say it in the description, or the weapon texture for what I recall. For some reason they formatted it as just "Handgun", which is pretty dumb since the other handguns do have a name. Same with the first shotgun being just called "Shotgun".

Well the black tail is very similar to a FNH USA FN Five-Seven, Springfield XDS Compact 9mm or Sig Sauer P229 RX 9mm i love so much this guns!!! Maybe they dont use anmes to not pay the copyrights but it be so good if ahve a mod to put real name of the guns!!
