I hope this is not a bannable offense:

You can download a 'crack' for the game and launch it that way.

Or just play in offline mode.

I try to play this game offline but it still can`t be opened . By the way , what is 'a crack for game' mean?

I try to play this game offline but it still can`t be opened . By the way , what is 'a crack for game' mean?

It is an illegal, free version from the Game that allows you to play a Game without buying it.
But it contains some risks like Trojans if you download it from "suspicious" websites and also by some punishment by the law if somebody recognizes that you have downloaded Cracked software because cracked software is Illegal and I do not recommend you to try it. Dont download illegal software!

I think running it in offline mode should work, if not restart Steam and if that wont work too restart you PC and after that maybe you could try to "Repair" your game by right-clicking in your steam libary on "Properties", then below one of the tabs you should see the option to verify your game for issues
