Black Screen on new game

Hi, I just got the game and when I launch new game, I get to the photo album. But after clicking on the first photo, the game goes to a black screen forever. I tried everything, using a controller, doing different things, playing windowed or fullscreen, skipping the intro, not skipping the intro, sometimes a white arrow also appears on the black screen but it doesnt do anything :( Once I managed to have a toy train appear over the main menu. But I can never get past the black screen :/ Any idea what it ...

1. Now you can enjoy the game in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.

2. You can now skip the in-game dialogue to play quickly, but we encourage you to experience the full story without skipping.

3. We have made modifications to challenging and difficult puzzles to make the game more comfortable for you. Enjoy the game with a bit more ease.

4. Numerous bugs have been fixed. Thanks to those who reported bugs through reviews, discussions, and emails. We appreciate your feedback, and please continue to provide more in the future.

In the mini-game part of the game console, there is a bug that falls under the ground if you unlock the block without stopping at the right-click pushing part of the block. I really want to like this game, but I'm having a few problems with it. - It takes away the fun and challenge, if you just have to hover a piece over another one, and they magically find the right spot to connect. It would be much better, if you would have to be at least close to the right spot (ideally in a close to fitting orientation, but that might be too much to ask for). - The mini games generally don't work for me. The first one is not very interesting, and the controls aren't very good. The piano...

Name change lost my progress and didn't rename the name in my library

I no longer have "Continue" after the name change. The name change also did not change in the game listing inside the Steam library.
