Reminds me of the the old Windows game called 'Ski Free' from 1991

I do. :) though Lonely mountains is more beautiful and peaceful. Ski Free was also super hard. I was eaten by the yeti at each time.

Awesome! I remember that fondly as well. Was hoping this game had a Yeti that chases you down the hill at point, that would be a fun reference. Maybe it does at somepoint I wouldn't know.

I only played the demo but was instantly reminded of ski free especially when you are skiing directly towards the camera. Very chill game will probably pick it up at somepoint.

I don't think it will ever chase you though. That wouldn't suit this game.

Haha that's great! I think it would suit the game (maybe DLC) to keep you pushing forward or maybe out-skiing an avalanche?? (if that isn't already in there too!) Not for every level of course. I should probably just get it but I'm probably waiting for a deep discount on this one as I really liked the demo version for this game.
