It's a CtD so there's no error message.

For me too, in the second universe.

edit: After about 6 try's it worked however
edit 2: It seems to work if you switch bots, downloads and hacks off

Experienced this same bug on the first universe, thank you Nomana for the tip, turning everything off allowed me to progress without it crashing.
