Starting Frozen Factory

Alright, I give up. I can't figure out how to "start" the Frozen Factory. I've completed all available research. There's no new research added, no new recipes that I saw (I have research most but not all recipes). Nothing new to build at the factory itself. No hard grinders, no trenchers no CCCC (or whatever it's called). I tried "Select Mods" at the start of the game, but nothing shows up there. It does show that FF is installed on the first screen.

What am I missing?

IFAIK you must scan Molybdenum and Chromium to unlock C5 Recipe.

I had the same problem, i was very annoyed it was not working and was about to submit a bug report. May want to add something to the Lab saying to scan more things to unlock additional research when there is more left...
