Snow block texture missing

Is it just me or the bottom texture for the snow block is missing?

I've noticed it for a while now and I'm not really bothered by it but I wanted to ask you guys if you encountered this as well.

I recall something about reaching the maximum texture atlas size (or whatever it's called), and snow was removed because it was thought to be gone from the game with the change to the technicolor environment. Except snow still spawns some 40m above ground.....

We are far from hitting max :V You can add them back anytime with mods too.
It was dirt textures and side grass textures who were removed. (+ some others)
Snow uses dirt textures at the bottom ;D

I have told dev that people with dirt blocks in the world now have invisible cubes and he just made it so dirt looks like sand ;d And he didn't want to "sand" the snow.

You can mess around with them there ;D
The spots for dirt and side textures of grass are totally invisible. (it was 1 and 2 or 2 and 3)
