What is the purpose of the Orbital Railgun Launcher?
I read the Patch 17 Notes, but I couldn't figure out what the ORL is for. All I know is it has a massive power demand

It is explained. It doubles as an e-p3nis enlarger.

Your personal dongle will quadruple in size each time you successfully charge it.

It's just an end game challenge objective. Once you've run out of things to do you can push your factory's limits to test how efficient you can get everything to get it going at max rate.
