The thing is, Topware put Septerra Core on steam, but they don't own Shogo. Monolith did, and they were bought out by Warner Bros.

Wow, I actually have the same dual package. Never managed to beat either game (couldn't even get Shogo to run properly).

i got the same bundle, sadly i was to young to really apreciate this game back than... will probabyl get the gog version if it ever goes on a major sale... i can never bring myself to pay more than 2$ for a game i already own, and gog will probably run better than steam version too.

Thanks, but not the same as Steam. I'd buy it on Steam. And I know Monolith owns Shogo, but why they won't put it on steam is just odd.

I own both Shogo and Septerra core on CD but with Win 7 these cds don't work anymore so I bought these on GoG last month only to see Septerra on Steam >_< crap should of waited lol

steam versions dont get the treatment that gog games gets

Just FYI, Shogo doesn't work well on Win8. There's border that displays in fullscreen mode.

I wouldn't buy old games off Steam. They don't fix them to work on new systems like GOG does.

lets be fair here, outside of gameing an some program incompatibility, windows 8 out preforms win 7.... granted i have 7 and was forced to get it when i got an ssd and wanted more ram... but its a decent os in and of itself...

i honestly wish microsoft was virturalize the oses

sell us a program that would boot a main os and bare minimum, to a platform where we could launch other os sandboxes.

if we have windows 8 give us every prior version for free. that kind of deal. i would personally use windows 8 for everything but gameing. anf i would use xp and win 7 for gameing depending on the game.

yes, i have the bundle as well. even used to keep an older computer just to keep playing them (along with other old games like dark legions and fallen haven) so this was great to get. I hope for the shogo as well, i loved it, espically stepping on people and watching them make a mess on the side of buildings (I know i'm so horrible lol)
