Has MSFS 2024 throttled your connection?
MSFS 2024 has been a terrible experience and I'm a day or two from asking for a refund.

However, it appears that all the issues i'm having come down to one thing. MSFS 2024 is utilising <0.5% of my internet connection speed. On average I can only pull 1-2mbps from MS servers.

What are you pulling from the servers and perhaps share your region, we can then see who MS has decided to throttle.

AUTZ +8 here

Same here. My internet connection works well but MSFS2024 complains about low bandwidth. My assumption is that they are totally overloaded, because more players than expected have purchased the game and want to play now. Let's see if things get better tomorrow.

But the question is how you want to get a refund. I have been using the game for hours by waiting in the queue. Steam will not refund, so do we need to get in touch with MS directly?

Something else is definitely using your bandwidth, I've had this yesterday because I had about 5 opened browsers and other stuff, once I closed everything I've never seen this again.

No, nothing else is using my bandwidth. Thats very easy to check. 99% of my bandwidth is available to be used and MSFS is choosing to only share with me 2-5mbps.

I refunded this and will NOT repurchase it until the SOLVE this issue. I get over 940 Mbps bandwidth and it has to be the MSFS SERVERS causing the pop up and slow streaming. The Sim should be PATCHED to allow us to have Planes, panels and some core scenery or add on items installed on our LOCAL SSD DRIVES, as is the case with MSFS 2020.

I am waiting for MS to FIX THIS ISSUE.
