Severe Input Lag

I'm all caught up with the library and have 1.7 gigabit fiber for the streaming, but still have a strange two second lag on input, whether controller or joystick.
It's quite strange.
I dialed down the quality, put the sim in a small window (around 1920x1080) and it still did it, so it wasn't from being overtaxed at 4K.
16 gig of vram and 32 gig of ram, so it *should* be okay, but it's not.

Is anyone else experiencing the same input lag, and have you managed to get around it?

I thought maybe FSR might have been doing it, but turning it off and just doing the straight low res window didn't improve it.
