Have you tried to program it?
I have the same joystick, but not sure what your problems is.
Figured it out. Didn't realize I had to set everything up manually. It was a little overwhelming, but I found a youtube video that walked through the basic controls you need and roughly where to map them. Did you make your own config or did you use someone elses?
Made my own and still working on it as a have other controllers apart from the joystick and customizing for different aircraft.
If you ever see X-Plane 12's control setup, it seems so much more easy and straight forward.
The developer/s behind this features in MSFS 2024 must have not just have had a 'bad hair day' but a 'bad hair year', as they say.
Might as well attempt unraveling a Rubik's Cube as it would be easier.
What was the tutorial you followed??
Looking at my history it looks like it was one of these:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQmWXh3N9Og
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tEAekNzIgE
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZ19KS1t788
These aren't specifically for this flight stick, but it was enough information to let me know what controls I need to map and what's important. Hope that helps.
