Error code 308-400-00209 crash

So I now have this error every flight in career mode. Read from ppl reporting it last year. They think it has to do with refueling in mission. As known, it is not possible to adjust fuel before mission, so I usually fill up before takeoff. I cannot complete the mission since I need more fuel in the tank.

Guess there is no plan to fix this error since it has existed for a long time now. I cannot do the workaround they describe in other forum either. They say to refuel after walkaround and entering plane. Then restarting mission. But then I just restart with low fuel again...

Guess I have to put this game away and maybe return in a year or so if they plan to fix the current issues.
