The installer doesn't start when I click "PLAY" on Steam

I've been trying to troubleshoot this all evening, I got nothing as to why this happens :/ The sim appears to launch for about 10 seconds in Task Manager before just closing itself, with no window visible (just the task manager listing appearing)
Tried going to latest drivers, and multiple reinstalls and file verifications of the launcher, nothing.

I posted same error. No idea how to fix this, woulda been nice for a hot fix
