A330 : How to steer on the ground with a rudder ?

Can someone tell me how to steer on the ground using the Logitech rudder pedal? The Airbus A330 starts turning sluggishly, then stops turning and keeps going straight... I went through the options, and there's nothing there that can help. Do I need to get out of the moving plane and push it ?

On the EFB select Options then select Yes to Rudder Controls Tiller.
