Stuck on Customize Identity

I was stuck on it for about 20 minutes but could hear the UI in the background as I move my mouse around. Ended up quitting and restarting because I can see on streams it should load right into customization and not get stuck like that.

same. it sounds like buttons are making sounds if I move my mouse around, like there are buttons in the background or something. but nothing happens if I click anywhere

i was stuck on that screen for over an hour. I've just restarted the sim, now stuck on the loading screen at 10%

I tried tyo do that, but then you need to wait again for game to load and it is not faster than at the first time

I have menu audio voice assist on and i think i found and clicked/ticked continue/start but i think it is frozen.

frustrating....the same mess! What to do? Does MS need a programmer? I am 100% expert in the Basic programming language and in HLTM coding...I am retired, I can help...
