Deluxe/Premium Deluxe/Aviator Upgrade

Seems like the base game downloads with only 5 different aircraft. Going to the marketplace (not functioning yet) and My Library tabs I see the upgrade packages in there under the "not installed" tab but for the life of me I can figure out how to download them. Anyone had better luck?

Yeah I'm in, but only have like 9 aircraft to choose from. No idea how to activate my Aviators edition

same there is no way to install the premium deluxe once you select it, there's no install button

LOL, i did not pay $200 for 9 aircraft

I've installed the aviator edition. it installs the basic game, starts and activates the content, which taks additional ~30 mins filling a progress bar. But now i see the IDENTITY screen and nothing happes because of the spinner in the righthand corner.
