HOTFIX YOUR $#@% MAYBE!?
(perhaps they are saving money? Now that the game is streamed the more people that buy the game but don't play it = profit. They don't have to pay for data that isn't sent. /tinfoil)
You all whine like my one year old grandchild. Geezus. They have fixed bugs and continue to fix bugs. Just because the bugs they have fixed aren't important to you doesn't mean they are not important to some one else. Relax, wait your turn. I paid $130 bones for this and I'm having a blast.
My sim mostly works ok'ish outside of bugs (and no, I haven't dared touch career mode yet). This said, while I'm not quite grandpa status yet, I've been simming since MS-DOS, and can't help but be a little bit irked when developers and publishers push out defective products out of principle. Yes, they may be hard at work fixing them, but it should never had been in such a bad state to begin with the moment they started collecting cash. I don't get in a twist over it since at the end of the day its only an entertainment product, and I have more important things to deal with in mid adult life, but its still poor customer treatment. I don't blame the people who probably have to work around the clock to fix these problems, but shame on the decision makers who decided they needed to push an unfinished product to market... at premium prices no less.
OMG.. the zulu bind key... oh dang how that prevents you from flying... hells bells. Yep that's a game killer right there. In the 45yrs I've played computer games, from DOS, monochrome, text based game, "Finished" is a myth.. games come out with bugs.. some worse than others...They all get fixed in time. Stop acting like a baby. I couldn't give a tinker's damn about zulu time.. I can fly, make money and accomplish tasks. If all you nay sayers don't like it GO BACK TO 2020 and stay the hell out of 2024 chat. Geezus.. G.R.O.W.... U.P.
They place World Photography in the UI as the foremost, most beloved thing to do in 2024. Right at the top and the biggest button because it is #1 to them. Well I suppose out of the 15 million or so users, there are many more who love screenshots more than aviation, so there may be no hope.
The only solution I can see is to totally stop buying add-ons. Perhaps 3rd party developers can get the message across to MS/ASOBO to fix aviation and performance related bugs as the # 1 "double red alert" (work instead of take their holiday/any vacations/days off!) priority. I personally never bought a single add-on for 2020 and I will not buy any for 2024 either until somebody has success getting through to this madness and all the marketing (currently mostly deception and lies) totally matches reality!
