It's funny that they still haven't done anything.
The forums are going crazy because of the huge bugs that occurred after the last patch.
(slideshow, vram &ram leak, ctd, stuttering....)

What on earth are they doing?

I'm Korean, and if this happened in Korea, it would have been on the main news headlines and a government investigation would have been launched.

If you release a messy patch and pretend not to know anything and then take a break on the weekend, what are you going to do about the consumers who paid for the game?

What makes me the most angry is that I wasted so much time trying to fix this crappy game by myself, formatting my PC, reinstalling drivers, etc.

Please understand the seriousness of the problem.

MSFS is not only played in your country, the United States. If you sell it to the entire world, you need to respond to customer service in various time zones around the world.

yes and the volunteer mods are jumping in saying 'sToP DiScuSSiNg In ThE BuG SeCTioN'

lmao

HOTFIX YOUR $#@% MAYBE!?

(perhaps they are saving money? Now that the game is streamed the more people that buy the game but don't play it = profit. They don't have to pay for data that isn't sent. /tinfoil)

If nobody would have pre ordered this game, MS / Asobo would have been in BIG problems. But you all did and the money is in the pocket. And now they dont have to fix anything because...why would they?

You all whine like my one year old grandchild. Geezus. They have fixed bugs and continue to fix bugs. Just because the bugs they have fixed aren't important to you doesn't mean they are not important to some one else. Relax, wait your turn. I paid $130 bones for this and I'm having a blast.

In my experience, every single bug they CLAIM to have patched, just brings about 2 more to replace it. Not to mention some bugs they HAVE claimed to patch they just lie about, and haven't patched at all. Case in point: "Fixed all missions being in preset weather even when live weather is available" No, no they did not, I need to manually bind a key to 'set zulu day' for it to get the time of day, and weather correct. Stop defending this buggy, piece of ♥♥♥♥ game. If they release the game, consumers, RIGHTFULLY, should expect it to be F.I.N.I.S.H.E.D. This game was not.

My sim mostly works ok'ish outside of bugs (and no, I haven't dared touch career mode yet). This said, while I'm not quite grandpa status yet, I've been simming since MS-DOS, and can't help but be a little bit irked when developers and publishers push out defective products out of principle. Yes, they may be hard at work fixing them, but it should never had been in such a bad state to begin with the moment they started collecting cash. I don't get in a twist over it since at the end of the day its only an entertainment product, and I have more important things to deal with in mid adult life, but its still poor customer treatment. I don't blame the people who probably have to work around the clock to fix these problems, but shame on the decision makers who decided they needed to push an unfinished product to market... at premium prices no less.

Save yourself the sanity, NEVER touch career mode. That was the only reason why I bought this game, and frankly, they probably should have delayed it well into 2025 to make it work right.

OMG.. the zulu bind key... oh dang how that prevents you from flying... hells bells. Yep that's a game killer right there. In the 45yrs I've played computer games, from DOS, monochrome, text based game, "Finished" is a myth.. games come out with bugs.. some worse than others...They all get fixed in time. Stop acting like a baby. I couldn't give a tinker's damn about zulu time.. I can fly, make money and accomplish tasks. If all you nay sayers don't like it GO BACK TO 2020 and stay the hell out of 2024 chat. Geezus.. G.R.O.W.... U.P.

"Here's your new sofa, we'll finish it in 6 months with a patch. In the meantime, sit down and don't complain" If asobo made sofas.

Asobo is in agreement with the US government. Some know nothing about the drones and Asobo knows nothing about the flight simulator. The citizens and the customers are the idiots :-)

There's nothing they can do until after the holidays, we'll have to wait until february to see if any real changes happen.

How many times are gaming suckers going to fall for the pre-purchase nonsense. Time and again we get this release fiasco, please people stop with the pre-purchasing. It is encouraging these minimum viable product releases. They want your money!!!!

They have not done "anything" because the issues people are having do not affect taking screenshots. As long as pretty screenshots can be taken and posted, then all the other bugs will never be a priority, because screenshots are the #1 priority. Bug fixing related to performance and especially aviation realism are not very important....Just like in MSFS2020.

They place World Photography in the UI as the foremost, most beloved thing to do in 2024. Right at the top and the biggest button because it is #1 to them. Well I suppose out of the 15 million or so users, there are many more who love screenshots more than aviation, so there may be no hope.

The only solution I can see is to totally stop buying add-ons. Perhaps 3rd party developers can get the message across to MS/ASOBO to fix aviation and performance related bugs as the # 1 "double red alert" (work instead of take their holiday/any vacations/days off!) priority. I personally never bought a single add-on for 2020 and I will not buy any for 2024 either until somebody has success getting through to this madness and all the marketing (currently mostly deception and lies) totally matches reality!
