best money maker?
hey. atm i own a vip charter company with 2 G2´s. 1 for passive income and the other i fly around.
i make about 190-240k on 1 mission. The next i want to get is a pc-12 cargo plane because they pay you like 500k+ for 1 mission. its about 4.7million... is there any other good way to get to that ? 200k a mission takes ages to finally unlock it when u only have like 1-2hrs a day to play

Medium cargo is like 800k+ per mission.

Get the Caravan for a little over 1 mill first. That way will give you the PC-12 faster.

Yes, but autopilot will get it under control :)

caravan costs 3.7mill in new and used 2.5mill :D not just over 1mill :D

I like the Vision Jet.. costs 700k new. It is fast and already feels a bit like a modern Jet.
So the VIP missions feel shorter and more comfortable.

But yes i am also a bit in a gap to decide what to buy to make good mone.
Likely a second vision. then a Caravan which I hate but as a passive cargo plane mabye.

I'm pretty sure I saw one for less than 2 mill.

do cargo planes make good money passively?

I don't really have experience in that but I asume it will be a fraction of what you will get.

I own 4 companies with a total fleet of
3 Cessna 172
1 Small Helicopter
and new the Vision which I fly.

without the vision passive income for today was 200k in total.
I would expect the cargo carva to generate 200k passive alone but liked said I have no reference and no idea. Maybe someone else knows.

I've got 265hrs in this game. 230hrs has been just cargo. I purchased the 208 used at 1.6mil. It takes 1.2mil to fix everything. I get anywhere from 675k to 1mil per mission. BUT you have to stay in the seat all three hours or more because turbulance can knock you out of auto pilot and crash your plane. Been there done that. So dont' look to throw it on auto and walk away. Just finished a job I'm sitting on a bank roll of 5.5 mil and saving money until these other planes get fixed or more come available. I hate the 208 but it's a work horse and gets the job done. As I said.. you have to be willing to sit in the seat through out the flight. One more thing. Maint on the plane sucks and an engine repair or replace can damn near cost 400k.. avionics almost 800k if you don't keep up with it. One of the reasons i'm not sitting on double digit bank roll.

i realy realy hope they give us some options for career... i would love to disable the atc and use like beyondatc and also i would love if we just get an start airport and destination airport and create our own routes.. this way i could try to get around some weather stuff to avoid what you described there.. i think i will take in the grind to get to the pc-12 and skip the caravan.

Interesting. I fly the caravan exclusively and have done so for about 130 levels of my career. I always fly the departure get autopilot set up and use x3 sim rate and have never once had it mess with my autopilot. Usually do an entire mission in about 40 mins. Not sure what’s going on on your end.

But you can modify the Flight Plan / Route in Career.

Also to deal with the ATC after IFR clearance just open ATC com and cancel IFR.
Sometimes you will get a subtraction for overflying restriction area but that is not much and well worth the 3 hour peace from ATC.
But you likely have to reconnect with ATC manual at destination the Auto often doesnt work.
And morever sometimes you have to continue manual for the final call etc.

I just took a high risk VIP mission in the Vision announced for 80k, 3h 30
it took me maybe 2 hours without Alt-N and without sim time rate change (i never do that) and it ended up giveing me 280k and also I had it on autopilot most oft the time. That is more how I like it.
