Cargo missions with VFR and bad weather
hi together,
i have questions:
90% of all my available cargo missions on the map are VFR. And everywhere i fly is bad weather (i am in the middle of europe), the visibility at destiantion airport is mostly almost zero. As far as i know in real life VFR is not permitted at smog and rain , only instrumental navogation is allowed then. But why does the game offers me always these missions ? How do you check the weather on destination airports? I cannot see it on the map. How do you deal with this generally? Actually i like ILS even more and bad weather is ok, but the game almost never offers ILS missions.

Funny for me its opposite. Mission says IFR or even LIFR but once I start it clear sky. However the tower ATC does not allow VFR anyway and wants you to do IFR despite clear sky and 80+ visibility. I guess live weather system is a bit broken in career mode.

But you can always request IFR during the flight. However if youre approaching small airfields there are usually no IFR approaches available, only visual. In real world under IFR conditions such airfields would be closed, but in the sim you can actually land with almost zero visibility. Its difficult and risky but well possible.

it's what i mean, the most target airfields i get offered have no ILS , nothing. Usually, airfields where i start have ILS and are mostly big airfields with good weather.
