FBW base path - what should I use?

I'm brand new to all this and have only played the Xbox version. I'm trying to set up the game to use Beyond ATC and I'm setting up FBW now.

The FBW installer can't find the base path and is asking me to choose it. Is this the community folder? Or is it something else?

I also have the Addons Linker set up.

FBW -> Community folder.
Unless they have released it for FS2024 now you have to stick to the Developer version and if that i snot working to the git hub version.

FBW wasn't working with FS2024 (the engines) when I tried it 2 or 3 weeks ago.
I read somewhere that the dev's are working on it and that there is a version now where the engines are fixed and should be halfway useable with FS2024 now.
