Meta Quest 3 white dot in vr

Guys i have a problem with the meta quest 3.
Evrything is working fine but i want only use it in game to look around.
But when im in vr every where i watch it light up the button and i have white a dot.
MFS sees it as an controller but im flying with a yoke so i dont need another controller.
Ive searching every where but i cant find the solution.

Enyone of you can help me out??
