Saab 340 Plane Crash After Leaving Gate

Having a problem where I try to use the Saab 340 on career mode. I load up the mission and get into the cockpit, then there is something like a cutscene, my plane appears with engines on and ready yo taxi and then I get a mission failed. The mission failed can be "you crashed" or "you have left the gate without completing ground handling". Anyone has a fix?
