this is actually what i expected but in my career it doesn't happen like this, i play in europe after dinner, i mean i always play at night, yet the missions are always during the day, even though the game clock tells me it's night.
You can set a hotkey for ZULU time in your setting.
Press the hotkey in the cockpit and ZULU time will be applied which means if you are playing at night in-game time also become night.
For me pressing[SET ZULU MINUTES]makes it night,and somehow pressing[SET ZULU HOURS]returns to daytime.
