Cargo company woes

Hey guys

I just recently unlocked the freelance cargo company in MSFS24 and was excited to make some money.

Unfortunately in game I'm based in southern Texas and it seems there's absolutely zero Freelance missions?? I know there are seasonal hotspots but is it WAD? Where can I find freelance work?

All the other areas I've unlocked are in the northern hemisphere except for Madagascar. Will I need to save money to transfer myself and my plane to South America to find any winter work?

Ok what I suggest is that you travel around without the plane to open up new locations if you have the money. That is what I did for my cargo company. To do so look at an unexplored place zoom in on of the white dots. You can teleport to the airport for a fee. It will unlock the radius and if there are missions there you will see them
I have unlocked almost all of the south eastern part of the map along with parts of the midwest. I have found cargo missions that pay upwards of 14k base pay which results in close to 200k in owned company profits if you get S rating.

did you buy a cargo company ? not only unlock it but also buy it ! Then you will have to buy a plane for it. This plane won't be able to be used for another company (like tourism etc...)

Cheers for the advice guys. I fast travelled to another part of the map and found some freelancer cargo jobs so that's a relief. I just need to save up enough to transport my plane to where the work is!
