Help! My controls, my flight joystick is not working properly.
Pulling back on my joystick doesn't work anymore. I'm not sure if it's my joystick or the game. I have a Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X. And like I said, no matter in what plane I am, if I pull back on the joystick it doesnt work anymore. This problem started occurring like an hour ago today, so it's not something that's always been there.
It's not like I can try what is not working, since MSFS2024 doesn't show me the travel of my axis in the sensitivity menu.

Edit: I've found the problem. When I pull back on the joystick the controls go left, and when I push left on the joystick the controls go back. For some reason this only seems to work sometimes. Only sometimes it ♥♥♥♥♥ itself up, and even in the external Thrustmaster software the ♥♥♥♥-up is recogonized. But then if I close the game and restart it again it reverts to normal, both in the game and in the Thrustmaster software. So it seems to be a Software and not Hardware issue, I think. This happens at the same time as things in the game. For example, I was doing a helicopter mission and it worked fine, then I restarted the missions, suddenly my controls were ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, both in MSFS and in Thrustmaster software.

How do I fix this?

Do you have any suggestion for what I can try?

Thank You for your help!

bottom left of bind settings you can set a "global" choice of keybinds, perhaps it got reset/misclicked?

Ok, a clear case of joystick malfunctioning. You probably applied to much pressure and broke it. Stop being brutes with peripherals, jesus....

I'm not really sure what caused the problem in the first place, but after switching my custom profile on and off again, and then restarting the game after a while, it suddenly worked again. Weird. I'm happy that it works again now. (:

Must say it sounds surprising strange thing but i like Dr.Strange ;)
And i'm not totally comphy yet myself with the settings, but i'll get there ;)
I actually never considered it myself. But apparently there was one, but it was quite hard to find. Had to watch a YouTube video to install it. It doesn't seem like you can use the software to configure your JoyStick, but at least I can now see that it's working, and that it's not the joystick that's broken but in fact MSFS2024

Thank You very much!

Nope, it does not work. But I've found the problem. When I pull back on the joystick the controls go left, and when I push left on the joystick the controls go back. For some reason this only seems to work sometimes.

The game is broken. There is nothing you can do.
