Career jobs map recommendations
I appreciate how many jobs there are scattered all over the map, but I have a few recommendations.

1. If my business is skydiving, flightseeing or cargo, etc, shouldn't business be coming to me rather than me having to move my plane to new places? There should always be at least 1 default repeatable mission for every airport we can base our aircraft at. This can reset ever so often, slower/faster based on our company reputation as that would affect demand for our services, with reaching S rep having the mission always available even immediately after completion, due to customer demand for being such a highly reputable business/pilot. Our personal pilot rating should also be independent from our business ratings, especially since our businesses are all independent. I like certain airports and I like being able to get familiar with them over time, which I can't do now as jobs quickly run out and I'm forced to move, as jobs don't seem to repopulate after completion, leaving chunks of the map bare.

2. I see the "Crew" and "Crew available" settings on my planes, but there's no information on this feature anywhere I can find. I assume it's to open my planes up to being randomly flown by someone else to earn passive income, but I don't see any consistency with it. This needs to be explained AND enhanced. I would like to hire AI pilots for additional planes in my fleet even. I would also like to be able to train them by having them accompany me on flights in the passenger seat, as though they were the ones getting their certifications, and improve their performance over time to also keep my business rating high and increase revenue. Career mode needs actual employees, complete with their own progressions. Mechanics too, who can progress and repair planes at a discount, and maybe even occasionally find special planes or better condition used planes at a discount.

3. The ability to change settings of jobs, to decrease/increase the XP (not necessarily payout). Like lowering or removing live weather effects on the plane would have a reduced xp reward than flying completely live or with realism turbulence. Flying on realism should be the only way to achieve S tier reputation rating, capping lower turbulence settings to A rating. And "LIVE" time should actually be reflective of the jobs in game. Since we can move the slider ourselves, we can choose whether to do the job a noon, or midnight, and it should be night time at midnight. So far, every job is set to day time flight, so what was the point of unlocking my night flying certification?

4. Filters on the job's map! We need filters for job types, aircraft types, difficulty ratings, etc.

5. A MUST! The ability to create our own jobs! Let US determine where we're going to fly, which landmarks we're going to sight see, how many of them, how long the flight is going to be, customized job rewards based on those variables. Let us create those flights, and have some kind of system where as the job sits open, (based on reputation) a customer randomly populates as wanting to book that flight with however many guests (RNG), then we can accept and take them up! Give us more control over our companies. I'm currently flying over DC today doing jobs... so why can't I design a flight with my own company that takes passengers on a trip seeing multiple DC landmarks? Instead, for some reason we're flying over parks and grocery stores and missing every monument. The map job creation tool should be as simple as selecting a job type, then clicking points on the map from the airport, to landmarks to circle, and back to the airport, then it generates in-game and saves as a custom job, and we do it.

I have a lot more, but those are the biggest ones that come to mind that I would like to see implemented in the future. I just have to have more control over my companies, because even as a business owner, I really feel no different than an employee
