help i sold my first plane in career mode

So i started a private company finally then bought a 23k plane but i noticed that i could sell it for 150k so i figured why not but after i sold it the price tag on all used airplanes went up from 250k and above. Any idea what i can do now? it took me ages just to get my 23k lol

You're not alone, my dude.
i just skip the company part of the game right now, seems like there's to many bugs anyway and it's to riksy and it's going to cost you alot when the bugs occur.
So I just keep on doing the other missions where you use other peoples planes.

I found it by searching for "sim rate", and not "simulation rate".

Exact same thing happened to me ... been searching like crazy everywhere for a solution, or some sort of "money cheat" or anyhow to get back to a basic used plane ......... anyway i'm already back to 160k... just 24k away from the cheapest plane to actually get started with this :|
