To each their own, but to me thatwould feel like cheating. I could very easily change my mind if the missions get much longer but for now I will stick to real time.
To me the career mode is something I hope keeps me occupied for a long time so I don't feel like I need to rush through it in the first week.
I saw somebody yesterday stating that they had completed career mode by unlocking everything. I could not understand that. I am sure they may have had all the licenses but had they purchased all of the businesses? Built up a fleet? Earned enough to buy a 100 million credit airliner? Found a career they enjoyed doing so that they could continue doing more of those missions?
My bad, meant Light Cargo Transport. Thats the one you in general unlock after skydiving.
And for the sim rate increase, do as much your PC can handle. It can go up to 5x (for me 4x is max).
Thats how I was grinding it with the Cessna you get with those flights.
but for me even at 2 or 3x speed it is way too slow with a cessna so im not sure what else to do
earn you CPL cert and then you make money
What might help is to turn down the graphics as much as you can bare, but this operation is more CPU heavy then GPU wise.
You can also enable to keep altitude and head towards GPS route, you only have to press the buttons on the display.
I do use autopilot though. Once I get to altitude i get my plane pointed in the right direction and use heading mode to keep me flying that way. Then I can just take in the surroundings, hop up to go to the bathroom or grab a snack and the plane keeps chugging along.
its not auto pilot like in msfs2020 were it would follow the waypoint AP in 2024 just keeps the plane stable it doesnt follow the waypoint and goes in its own direction
the flight and the employee omission took 39k
