How to disable assistance options in career?

pressing the toggle on my keybind on joystick and keyboard doesnt work it doesnt go away
and its set to OFF in settings

i went in the main menu and turned everything off in visual assistance and they still show up

and pressing the button on my keyboard and joystick wont make it go away
