You can disable these under settings and if memory recalls assist? I mapped this to a button on my flight yoke and am struggling to recall the exact name of the setting.

I turned it off and yet they remain as well as every assistance mode, I have everything turned off and yet everything turns back on, ruining the experience. Before anyone asks I do hit the ESC and save option before I back out of the menu page.

If memory serves it is a toggle (press the key to enable / disable).

It's a setting called Toggle Visual Assistance Display.

On Xbox it is automatically mapped to left stick press.
Saw a streamer yesterday who found it was automatically mapped to a button on his Yoke.

You should be able to search for it (or I believe it is in Tools/Assistances) and assign a key if needed.

I actually find it useful in some Career mode scenarios (Circling an area) and for following the pattern into an airport. So it is nice to be able to toggle them on and off with a click.

Hello Jewbacca,

You can disable the taxi ribbon and blue navigation assists in Career Mode by adding a keybind for "Toggle Visual Assistances Display". We posted full instructions on our official forums about this yesterday:
