Game is completely broken

So, after three days of trying to play the game it is still completely broken for me. In career I am stuck on PPL certification, when I start it my second pilot/instructor bugs out mumbling some code errors (see the link below for a screenshot) so I have to mute him since he goes over and over again. After that, I am able to take off and fly but uppon completing the mission it bugs out in a cutscene with all the HUD gone, I cannot interact with anything, exit etc (see second screenshot in the link below). I am only left with option to force quit the game which results in losing the progress. The cherry on top is that because of that bug my whole game is broken, the game thinks I am still in PPL certification mission so starting any activity will result in spawning in Cessna 172 in random locations, even in free flight it loads me to my initial career location and THEN to the one I selected for a free flight, which bugs out further throwing me up in the air or completely "failing" the activity since, like I mentioned before, the game assumes I am restricted to PPL certification mission rules.

Microsot support didn't help either, only suggested to reset the career which I tried multiple times along with changing career HQ airports and none of that helped. Still same career bug that won't allow me to progress and breaking my whole game.

This is beyond ridiculous at this point, the game appears to be broken at its core, alpha build if you will. Feels like they did a couple of tests and didn't even care to fix major gamebreaking bugs.

Couldn't find anyone else reporting the same issue I have, only saw people with different career bugs and other broken features so hopefully someone can help here, thanks.

the thing is everything about the game is online, through the cloud.
so if your wifi is not strong enough u cant load up the planes and settings- im playing on the xbox app as i have gp ult- sadly even with 250mbs i still struggle to load things in.

xbox saying theyll fix it, well only way to fully fix it is to get of the cloud and allow a full download so we can play without downloading everything while flying.

I am on wired and have 100 mbps, which is twice more than what's in game's recommended requirements thus I only had difficulties with loading up textures first day or so when servers were super unstable. I have more of a technical gamebreaking bug, not even sure how they are supposed to fix it since all their infrastructure is in clouds. 250 mbs should me more than enough for you to play the game, hopefully you will soon.

It seems to be due to the presence of accents in the profile folder of the windows user. Super frustrating.

Unfortunately, this didn't help, still same issue. I will try to refund this joke of a game, too fed up with trying to fix it at this point. Thank you for trying to help.

They should pull a Concord and refund everyone while taking the game offline. This is not a product fit to sell.

They should work on this for another year before even thinking of launching it as a commercial product.

Yes! that is for sure, the number of different lags/bugs people are having is just crazy. Reminds me of fallout 76 and no man's sky launch

i mean what do you expect when a company cant even manage their Operating Systems(Windows) and Xbox right? Its why i refunded the 2020 version.

Completely agree. I guess I was naive enough to buy the game since I really liked the career idea and thought they'd do a better job after 2020. Couldn't even imagine I'd have SUCH
a bad experience with this game lol.
