What size should rolling cache be set as?

(Disclaimer, I'm on Series X)

I currently have it set to 60GB and still occassionally see super low poly models (like with people or random bushes in the background.) Am I supposed to set it to something really high, like 200?

It's definitely a distance thing, but it's set so low... I wonder if/when Digital Foundry can take a look at this game, cause there's some funky stuff going on here.

I set mine to 300GB.
