Career Mode Feedback

Currently Level 6. And I am already disappointed.
-NPC clip through the Plane and sit in the air
-NPC talk and their mouth don't move nor do they move at all, they don't seem to look out the window etc.
-Extremly AI voices
-ATC is talking over each other or cuts off completely
-"Pilot Performance" is really something, landed on an all grass air strip and got a penalty for "getting off the runway onto taxi" there was no tower nothing and no markings on the ground so how would I know?
-Missions just teleport your HQ, I picked the middle of nowhere for a reason but mission then send me to Italy and now there I am...
-Obviously very bad Character Creator

How do you even start a career? Every airport I pick is just grayed out.

Had to zoom in a lot and found one near Denver.

Been able to get on twice today, both times selected Career mode but couldnt find a working airport... then my game would just crash...

I managed to get about an hour ago and played 1 hour of career mode (on GP)

Now, I'm all for funny situations but this game is just full of bugs and random stutters.

The best one is if you pick a female co-pilot and do the first "training" mission, she will park the plane right into a wall. Women huh amirite guys.

Everything else is just a mix of the worst AI voice, written by an AI, coded by AI and QA by morons.

Glad I didnt buy it.

Level 4 here, tbh i'm not super trilled. I used some 3rd party career mode addons for msfs 2020 that were way better. (Neofly was also free) The certifications where ALOT more strict, no AI generated voices and one of the most important thing for me was to not be able to teleport on the map to do whatever mission you wanted. If I started at KJFK and wanted to do some missions over in France, I would have had to actually fly over the ocean to get there first. Now you can just go where you want whenever you want.

Career Mission are definitely AI generated and you can tell.
-Many of those Bush Air Strips have no clear runway, the game gets mad when you go too far left or right but there is no way of telling.
-Flight Plan (Pink Line) does not always match
-"Mission Steps Window often does not match Speed or Alt, you will try to match it based on the information from the HUD or the Plane Instruments but it doesn't match.
-Spawn with plane in some downhill position, taxi wants to me drive uphill on grass and even with full power the plane can't drive that steep uphill, had to abort that mission...

You have to pick smaller airports it seems.

Same remarks as the first post. So bad to use AI voices. Not even the worst at that point. In Career mode the first inaugural flight I get a refusal to taxi off and that's it.... Reload and now when I try to ask for it (Enter) this doesn't work anymore, stay there... On more than 6 hours of connections I managed to get to train (and a lot badly because of horrendous commands with a Joystick) and pass my certificate.... That's as bad as it gets... How can you manage to deliver a game that have so many bugs in career mode from the first mission????

my first mission after getting the privat licence:

started the engine and rolled 3 meters. fell through the map. 10/10.

when i start a career im halfway stuck in the ground, i cant enter the plane either, clicking on the doorhandle or the hotkey does nothing wtf

Same as me right now, won't load airport and now stuck on a frozen globe map. I got further than I did yesterday though at least lol.

When I'm taking my ppl exam is automatically fails two of my tasks after I land and then gets stuck so I can't even finish the exam. Anybody have the same issue? Any fixes?

Hi Matt, it would also be great to have sliders so you can multiply the amount of money or xp you get from the missions it could also work the other way if someone would like a “harder” progress. I enjoy the career mode, but I don’t have time to grind the money nor XP for the certificates. Or at least let us have the career save file editable so I can at least edit the amount of money I have.
