Stuck in "Customize Identity"

While I suffered through the download screen I now am Stuck in "Customize Identity" (or whatever it may be in english) and nothing happens. Afraid to restart it however, given all the other experiences here about having the download start all over again.

anyone else also stuck in this place?

i stocked also. then i restard the game and stuck in the loading screen by 97%
