How to set up mouse yoke

Just a simple setting!

I dont understand any of the settings!

I want mouse yoke too so an external program isn't needed.
Add it as a toggle as well.
The existing solutions in-game are too sensitive even with the smallest setting, even if I set my mouse DPI to move extremely slow it still flings the yoke around.

I'm forced to use an external program to get the behavior and sensitivity needed, only problem is it can't be toggled (or I haven't figured out how yet)
