Game Switch to 60Hz res în fullscreen

Im trying for long time to fix this issue with this game.
In fullscreen it change to 60Hz resolution. In windowed mode there is no issue.
Even if all resolutions appears in launcher game settings, whatever you set will switch the monitor to 60Hz when launch the game in fullscreen mode.

I’m currently using a Samsung 240Hz monitor and the only way to play this game at higher refresh rate is windowed mode.

I already tried everything from my knowledge also everything found online over the time, nothing works.

On my previous 180Hz monitor (LG) I used CRU tool (Custom Resolution Utility) and deleted all other resolutions and the game was forced to run at the only res left, But on my new monitor (G80SD), CRU or Nvidia custom res doesn’t do anything because of DSC.

Im sure a lot of people have this issue , probably they don’t notice it (as they play with VSync off).
Hopefully there is a fix for this.

Yeah it doesn't seem to work well with free-sync or adaptive sync monitors. i have a 165hz Dell free-sync and the options seem to be locked 60hz with vsync and no screen tearing or unlocked window mode and screen tearing, the locked frame rates seem to do nothing on my AMD card. would be great if they could address this at some point.
