PC Specs: Windows 11 (64 bit), i5-13600KF, RTX 4070 Ti, 32GB RAM
Monitor: 1440p 144hz
What program are you using to get the FPS? Im using Steam fps counter, but it shows 200+ fps in fullscreen Vsync off, but the game feels like 60 fps
I tried with another monitor, that is a 144hz, also with a built in FPS count. It did the same ting, just went to 60fps with fullscreen and 144fps in windowed...
I then tried just to see if it was the monitors doing anything, by turn off Gsync and any sync in the monitor, but nothing helps, the game just wont show more then 60 fps in fullscreen...
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
