Stuck on Trophy camera mode

Hi folks,

Been playing this game for 48hrs now. Everytime I take a trophy shot with the cam, post-kill, I get stuck on that screen even after the shot is uploaded. Can't get out of it, even after pressing ESC. Anyone having or had the same issue? Would love a fix instead of having to restart the game.

Same thing happened to me. First time actually messing around with the trophy camera, took my pic, couldn't get out. Had to close the whole game to get out of it.

I hope this gets fixed.
