reindeer is the hardest animal to hunt in this game which i like and i need some tips reindeer was made for mp so you can help your freinds cut it off befrore it leaves the resvare and they travel in groups so hunting with friends would be the best way to go

so far I haven't had that much trouble finding them, even while waiting at the towers herds move in and around long enough for a harvest shot to be made, having the rattler can also be a help after identifying a nearby call on the huntermate.
following trails will lead to stragglers or the herd itself, walking speed is enough of a catch-up, look around a fair bit as they can also be very quiet or unnoticeable and spook easily if too close.

Try on your map set the cursor at X 7704 Y - 5028 its a stone place or try ! grimulfrs sten . i have good luck there, already at number 22. Good Hunting.

Ooohh and like PEKULIKE was saying try buy the reindeer rattler and wait a bit, it can take them a while to get to you. The reindeer like the rattler big hit.

i have found reindeer at the stones everytime mostly herds.

holy necro Batman ^^ nearly 10 years since the last post.

i belive the posters from back then have already extinct half of the game, and the place you marked will be overbuild by a motorway soon ^^

side infos, Reindeer are migrating species, they enter and leave the map on the other side. all of course random, like the rest of the game too. that coordinates will be useless for others, although you may find places some species will be more likely, but never guaranteed.
