Be aware that some would say the ghillie suit is very noisy so any movement can spook; I don't think it is that bad myself.
Consider a tree stand as an alternative by the way - works on all reserves where you can find a tree. Sometimes this is more flexible and cost effective than depnding on the many camo suits
This set too has no scent reduction (scent netralizer is dirt cheap...) but provides exellent visual camo agaist ALL species in forested areas.
I do well in it on ALL boards but the arctic map....I even stalk Ibex in this outfit.
The ghille suits are good for wait&bait hunting, but are very poor for stalking.
But does setting up a tree stand not spook the game?? Lets say on your HM you located the sound of an Elk in your area .... How do you set up the Tree Stand without spooking him when he is already in close Raius that your HM already picked him up??
You mean the Sneaky 3D Summer Field Camouflage??
(Exception =Winterrime.)
With the 3d Forest/ field camos you only have camo while you are in the areas on the map it is specific for.
The rest of the time you have nothing. Probably on about 50% of the map area.
Same with the ghillie. And as you noted the ghillie also carries a noise penalty.
There is a lot of hype around the camo effectiveness argument and I have several different types myself. But after playing since 2009 and having tried most I still use my B&C nearly all the time.
I really only change clothes occasionly to give myself a different look, or to prevent having a brass monkey incident on WRR.
The real answer to keeping out of sight is to always hunt into the wind, use scent reducer, move slowly and set up ambushes intelligently, IE call from the kill spot and back off 30m downwind to a vantage point and wait in prone.
Once you get the basics working you can do just as well hunting in jeans and Tshirt, because none of the camos have as much effect as people believe.
Setting up stands and blinds does spook game within 100 metres (please correct me if I quoted the wrong distance)
The animal calls I hear are from much further out - guessing 150 metres approx from the Huntermate, so by sounding a lure call, walking back a few metres to find a tree, and waiting I am pretty reliable at getting the animal(s) in
Downsides: takes up backpack capacity, and can spook animals within 100 metres you didn't know were there.
Hope that helps
So when you hear an animal call its usually 100+ meters away from you??
Stand in an open area and put a spot on the ground 100 m out with your Rangefinder.
Now open your Huntermate and see where the spot is. Now you know how far 100m is on the huntermate you can see when an animal is calling from inside that distance.
So that way you can tell if its safe to erect a stand.
But.. if there is an animal closer that you dont know about, you might spook it and set up a domino effect.
In a tree stand , wearing B&C with scent reducer on and the wind in your favour .. you are practically invisible to all prey animals.

If you just want a single set for all reserves, I recommend those. Otherwise it gets complicated, as practically any combination of B&C or the other deer specific sets and/or pieces from Summer Field/Forest can work if it is tailored to your particular hunting style.
But... also consider a tripod or tree stand if you're on SP or hosting MP; work against all species for visual and scent and have other advantages. The disadvantages are weight and set up time and noise, plus tree stands need a good tree.
As to what you can carry around, the easiest procedure is to carry only a tent (5 units), erect that when you need and then take whatever you need from the tent.
it may feel like an exploit but... my experience is that you hear an animal call from far enough away that you have time to erect your tent, erect your ground blind/tree stand/tripod then call the animal into sight and shooting range.
Of course - you risk spooking animals you had not been aware of but generally it works quite well. Seems easier than worrying about which camo gear to buy!
Animals wont spawn withing 100m radius around your tent ....
Does your tent also not spook the Game, even after it is erect??
