If you have all the pouches then the next step is to carry a tent. A tent works like the lodge and all the gear you own will be in it. Put any stuff you need to move to make room for the tent.... into the lodge. Then just erect it and take out the stuff you want and swap it with what you dont need to make room for the tent again.
You can place a tent and take another tent out of the tent, put it in your pack and carry on leaving the first tent behind.
Another simple method is buy a dog and a dog packpack. Carry all your spare ammo , camping equipment, first aid etcetera up to the capacity of the dog pack.
Get a Jeep. Never done it myself although I have a jeep, but I believe you can carry some equipment in the jeep as well.
P.S. Edited for clarity.
sry if it sounds stupid, but did you buy the "increase capacity upgrade" too?
it will only dubble the weight to 20, that is all you can carry at once :/
the pouches could have been "earned" ingame by increasing you hunter lvl. so, the capacity upgrade is the only one you realy had to buy.
btw: i understand that many people want to take all items they own on a hunt ^^
i can live with choosing what i need, befor i leave the starting lodge ;) just because many like to call this a sim and you cant carry everything in real either ^^
tents seem to be usefull, the jeep is probably just for fun.
