Save Options ?
Is there any save options in sp or do you have to start all over again?

There is no save option. Each time you start a SP or MP game you start at the lodge / tent on the map (with any equipment / decoys etc that you've already deployed) of your choice. To pause the game, just hit ESC or I or M, unless your in MP where there's no such option. All points / kills / comp entries / mission progress etc. are saved and displayed in the launcher.
