Yes, I'm well aware what the store pages states in the info box. You, on the other hand, do not appear to be aware that there is a long running problem with that info box and indie games. Many have indicated, via that box, that they have single player when in reality, it is either a tutorial level or non-existent.
Lead and Gold for example, used to claim single player despite having no single player mode. As did Tower Wars (which didn't get a proper single player mode until a very long time after release). And many others too. The old forums used to be full of people complaining about this.
Not really no. Single player generally implies that the game can be played offline by yourself. If you're making a game single player by simple limiting the number of available slots on a multiplayer server, that doesn't really change the fact that it's still a multiplayer server.
Is that with an offline mode, or a server setting that takes into account that there is only (intentionally) one player?
