Screen flashing

Ok i don't normally ask for help but i need it whenever i play the game the screen flashes black that goes back to normal i don't know if anyone else is haveing this problem and if its just my computer or one of the items i downloaded is makeing my screen go black if anyone is haveing this problem and even fixed the problem please let me know what's causing it and how i can probably fix it thank you so much for reading i can barely play

try clearing cache or verifying file integrity. do you have any mods installed? if so, try cleaing them out one by one to see if its a mod causing the problem. if this doesn't help im rlly sorry:(
