Seal the Deal: Arctic Cruise - Don't Rock the Boat Treasure help!

I can't seem to find a guide for this ANYWHERE! I'm missing the final treasure on the Rock the Boat mission. Act 3 of the Arctic Cruise. Using the map the arrow seems to point down and no matter how far I got down I can't find it! I have gone all over the place, but I can never seem to find it! Any help would be lovely. Pictures or anything!

It's under the counter in the reception room on the rocked boat. It's hard to get in there.

I've literally given you the maximum amount of info. It's stupid. Look around a bit on the desk, specifically down.

Kind of an old topic but Coca is wrong. The last treasure in that act is impossible to get without cheats, it spawns in the bathroom after the ship crashes, which is quite far under water.

Suppsedly you don't need it to get all the slot machine things though, but I haven't confirmed that myself.

Yeah I found it by cheating and needed it to get all the slot machine stuff. So I'm not sure honestly.

With the Arctic Cruise expansion it's not needed, without that one I've actually got 3 rift tokens left over and unable to use them. This is after completing all time rifts, the last of which got me the last roll.

Of course, I think Snatcher coins from the Death Wish content also count as rift tokens, so that's probably contributing to it.

I'm a little late to this thread but I had a similar problem. In the 3rd act I used to treasure badge and it pointed me way off the ship. I escaped through the top of the ship and managed to get to an ice burg, but it still told me the rift token was way far away. Turns out it was actually tracking a rift token from the first act (the one on the light post or something at the start of the level). I just had to go on the first act and collect it.
Maybe you are actually tracking a token that is supposed to be collected in the first or second act. Try going to the first or second act and use the badge there.

Nah it's actually underwater, you can reach it with cheats; it was the only thing I hadn't collected in the chapter. That's interesting though, that it's pointing to ones from before the crash!
