Trouble With Rift Token In Arctic Cruise Act 2

I decided to go round up some rift tokens, when one in Act 2 of Arctic Cruise completely stumped me. On the main deck, one level above the pool area, there is a rift token sitting on a really high diving board. Any tips on how to get this one, cause I've tried everything I can think of and haven't even gotten close?

From across the pool, you need to take a hook shot high above the pool, then balance over two ropes, if I recall correctly

If you have trouble landing on the second rope, you can jump on the arc on the left
