Metro Guide
The cats in the round help desk outside the jewellery shop won't sell me a Metro Guide. They only say "We're sold out right now. Sorry!"
What did I do wrong?

How many time pieces do you have from the metro?

When I tried the first time I didn't have any. I skipped the one the cat carries around, and I didn't try again until after I completed Rush Hour.
